    How do I schedule an appointment?
    For your first visit, please bring a valid ID, your insurance card, any current medications or a list of them, and any relevant medical records.
    What if I have difficulty paying for my expenses?
    Our financial counselors can help—confidentially and without judgment. We offer interest-free payment plans, assist with insurance claims, and check for subsidies or charity care you may qualify for. Bring proof of income, ID, and insurance details so we can process support quickly.
    How are treatment plans customized for individual needs?
    Your clinician begins with a thorough assessment and any necessary tests. We consider your goals, lifestyle, and preferences to design a plan that may include medication, therapy, procedures, and self-care. We review your progress at follow-ups and adjust the plan as needed.
    How do I use my Medisave to pay the hospital bill?
    Let our counter staff know you wish to use Medisave for eligible charges. Provide your NRIC and complete the Medisave Authorisation Form; we’ll submit the claim to CPF on your behalf. Usage is subject to MOH/CPF limits—any remaining balance can be paid by cash, card, or insurance.
